Estimate Process

The Estimate Process

We often get the same questions from our clients concerning what the next steps of the project will be. We have broken down the estimate process so that you can clearly understand, step-by-step, what happens in a renovation project.

1. Getting your FREE estimate

Customers can either fill out the estimate section on our website or call our office to request a free estimate. One of our trained and licensed estimators will contact you within 24 hours to officially book you in. We are scheduling experts and guarantee that you will receive your free estimate in a very reasonable timeframe. The other benefit of dealing with an organized company is that we always manage to work around your schedule!

We will provide you with a professional on-site evaluation while asking important questions and filling out our exclusive foundation breakdown sheet, performing relevant tests, and taking measurements and pictures.

The on-site part of the estimate process is completed. What happens next?

2.  Written Estimate

Your estimator will use all of the information from your on-site visit to send you a detailed written estimate broken down into itemized pricing according to your specifications and needs, which creates transparency and simplifies your decision on the final details.

Any and all requested revisions will be completed until you are 100% happy with the estimate!

Great! Now your estimate matches your exact needs! What comes next?

3. Signing and Scheduling

The hardest part is over! At this stage, we finalize the job start dates, collect the first installment, and book the next step of the project: the walkthrough.

4. Walkthrough

If your job is scheduled to last 5 or more days, a walkthrough will be set up and the estimator will introduce you to the crew and the Project Manager who will be your main point of contact. This will give us a chance to have all parties present while we review the entire job to ensure that there is clarity before starting the work, which will in turn prevent any avoidable delays.

Your project manager will take over and give you a clear breakdown of the job details from start to finish in order ensuring that you have 100% peace of mind.

5. Open Project

Your project is now underway! Your project manager will perform site visits early and often to check up on the progress and answer any questions that you may have. Just like thousands of customers before you, we will make you feel confident in your choice in every step of the way!
